1. Agreement to Terms

By using Vuestash, a product of Sveltify LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the software or the website.

2. Product Editions

Vuestash is available in three editions: These Terms apply to all three editions. Where terms differ by edition, this is noted explicitly.

3. License and Usage

Vuestash is licensed to you for personal use, with licenses managed by KeyGen. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software. Redistribution, modification, or reverse engineering of Vuestash is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments and License Purchase

Vuestash licenses are sold through PayHip, which may use Stripe or LemonSqueezy as payment processors. Vuestash does not collect, store, or process your payment information. PayHip, Stripe, or LemonSqueezy handle all payment data according to their respective policies. 5. License Activation

Vuestash requires a one-time internet connection for license activation through KeyGen. The license key, device identifier, and related activation details are managed by KeyGen. Vuestash does not store or access this data. For more information, please refer to the KeyGen Privacy Policy.

6. License Duration and Updates

- 1-year and 3-year licenses: These licenses will expire 1 or 3 years from the date of first activation. - Lifetime license: This license does not expire. All licenses include access to all software updates released during the valid period.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Desktop and Web – Private Edition

The Vuestash Desktop app and Web – Private Edition (`private.vuestash.com`) do not collect personal or financial data. All financial data is stored locally on your device (Desktop) or in your browser's IndexedDB (Web – Private Edition) and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

Web – SaaS Edition (`app.vuestash.com`)

The SaaS Edition stores your financial data in the cloud using Dexie Cloud to enable multi-device sync. By using the SaaS Edition, you consent to your data being stored and processed by Dexie Cloud in accordance with their terms. The SaaS Edition also includes optional bank account synchronization via Teller. This feature requires a valid paid license and is entirely opt-in. When enabled, Teller connects to your bank accounts on your behalf to retrieve transaction data. You may disconnect bank accounts at any time through the app settings.

Marketing Website

The marketing website (vuestash.com) uses UserMaven to collect anonymous, aggregated analytics (page views, feature interactions). No personal information is collected. By using the Vuestash website, you consent to the collection of anonymized analytics by UserMaven. License management and activation are handled by KeyGen. Payment processing is managed by PayHip with Stripe or LemonSqueezy as possible payment vendors.

8. Software Updates

We may release updates or bug fixes for Vuestash. You agree to install these updates to ensure the software continues to function correctly. Vuestash reserves the right to modify or discontinue the software without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vuestash is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including data loss, financial loss, or software malfunctions.

10. Data Ownership

All financial and personal data you enter into Vuestash remains under your control and ownership: - Desktop and Web – Private Edition: Your data exists only on your local device or browser. Vuestash does not collect or transmit it. - SaaS Edition: Your data is stored in Dexie Cloud on your behalf. You retain full ownership of your data and may request its deletion at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida, USA.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Vuestash if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate the agreement by uninstalling the software or discontinuing use of the web app.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website, and the "Effective Date" will be updated.
